His tasks consist of the following: he makes sure that our technicians leave for the customers on time and with the necessary material. He prepares all the material in advance so that the technicians do not lose any time.

What else does he do? He constantly monitors all running infrastructures of our customers, ranging from telephony, firewalls, access points, switching and backing up systems. In other words, he does active monitoring and support. He updates systems behind the scenes for the convenience of all our customers.

But who is Bastia really and what drives him in his job? Qualities such as being sociable, enthusiastic and a good listener characterise him. Furthermore, he is an avid squash player and gaming is a passion for him. Bastia’s biggest compliment is when he can help a customer, solve a problem and end the day with a smile on his face! That is Bastia! It gives him satisfaction and energy. And that is not all!

The optimisation of the systems is also part of his job. Furthermore Bastia does first and second line support. What does that entail? In the first line our customers call our office in Zandhoven where Bastia immediately helps them. In the second line mails come in with all kinds of questions, which he of course is happy to answer.
